Clear aligners are virtually undetectable when they’re in place! No matter the type of lifestyle you live, you can go about your social and professional life confidently while undergoing treatment.
Nobody has to know that you’re transforming your smile.
Comfortable
Made of high-quality, medical-grade, BPA-free plastic, clear aligners are designed to hug the contours of your teeth. They have smooth, rounded edges, specially designed to fit comfortably in your mouth without causing irritation.
Custom-Designed
Your clear aligners are custom-made just for you. Dr. Coombs uses the iTero® digital scanner to create a digital 3D model of your teeth and bite, which is then used to customize each aligner.
Each new set is designed to guide your teeth one step closer to their beautiful new formation.
Removable
You can take out your aligners as needed (temporarily) to eat, drink, brush, floss, and for special occasions! You won’t have any major dietary restrictions, so all of your favorite foods are still on the table.
Effective
You could start to see improvements in your smile in only a few weeks of treatment. Most treatments are completed within one year, with many touch-up treatments completed in six months or less.
Treatment time varies based on your condition and your diligence in wearing your aligners as instructed, for a minimum of 22 hours daily.
How does Invisalign work?
1. Begin with a complimentary consultation and smile exam in our office, or start from home with a virtual consultation.
2. Your aligners come in a series of sets, with one tray for your top teeth and one for your bottom teeth, custom-designed for your smile.
3. You’ll wear your aligners for 20–22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink anything besides water, brush, and floss.
4. About every week (or as instructed by Dr. Coombs), you’ll switch to the next set of aligners to keep your smile moving forward.
5. With each new set, your teeth shift gradually over time. Before you know it, you’ll be smiling with confidence.
Just need a touch-up?
If your teeth have shifted since previous treatment, you may only need a small adjustment.
